LEKI Welfare Foundation is a purpose-driven organization committed to empowering women and uplifting communities through skill development, livelihood generation, and social support initiatives in Bastar. With a strong focus on grassroots impact, we aim to create sustainable opportunities that enable individuals to become self-reliant and financially independent.

Our Skill Academy serves as a center of learning and transformation, where women and youth are trained in industry-relevant skills, especially in the apparel and handicraft sectors. Through structured training programs, we bridge the gap between learning and earning, helping beneficiaries secure employment or start their own micro-enterprises.

We actively support Self-Help Groups (SHGs) by strengthening their capacities, providing market linkages, and encouraging entrepreneurship at the community level. Our initiatives also focus on artisan support, preserving local crafts while ensuring fair income opportunities for skilled workers.

Through donations and collaborative efforts, we extend our reach to underserved communities, providing resources, training, and opportunities where they are needed the most. Every contribution helps us create meaningful change and expand our impact.
